Tactacam’s Reveal X Pro trail camera offers a high-quality, yet affordable option for both trail cam purposes as well as security. Being a cellular camera, the Reveal X Pro can instantly report any motion triggers from up to 96ft away to your phone using the Tactacam Reveal App. These images come in standard definition by default, but you may also use the app to request high-definition pictures as well as videos with the click of a summary. On videos the Reveal X Pro has a built-in microphone to capture sound as well.  The camera has a built-in “no-glow” IR light as well giving you night vision up to 80+ ft, while not disturbing who or whatever triggered the camera. The Reveal X Pro also features built-in GPS functionality so you will always be able to keep track of your camera whether its deep in the woods. To power the Reveal X Pro you have a couple of options. you can use 12 AA batteries as a standard power option, but there is also an input for a solar panel or battery pack that can keep your camera running at all times. If you choose to use the AA battery option, using lithium batteries can provide up to 4000+ images as compared to around 2500 when using alkaline batteries. The Reveal X Pro comes with a touchscreen display on the lower half of the camera so settings can be easily managed and changes made while you’re installing the device. Settings and other features can also be adjusted through the app as well so you’ll be able to adjust the camera as needed at all times. 

Activation of these Tactacam cameras is incredibly simple, allowing you to choose either ATT or Verizon as the cellular carrier. The SIM cards come included with the camera so you’ll just pop in the SIM card you wish to use and activate it with that service. The activation process takes place on the Tactacam Reveal App mentioned earlier, and all cameras tied to your account can be accessed from the same place. SD cards for the Reveal X Pro do not come with the unit, but it can take any full-sized SD card from Tactacam, Lexar, or Sandisk and is rated for up to 32 gig sizes.
