DSC PowerSeries NEO ICON HS2ICNENG Keypad

The HS2ICONENG keypad is a wired, fixed English keypad. The output on the screen of the ICON is very limited, so it is not a suitable keypad for programming. This keypad is great as a secondary keypad to only be used for arming and disarming. If you are looking for a base-level programming keypad that is the HS2LCDENGN.

DSC PowerSeries NEO ICON HS2ICNENG Keypad

PowerSeries NEO keypads have quite a few features that make them a great add-on to your NEO burglary detection system. Some of these features include five programmable keys for instant one-summary activation of important NEO system functions. The keypads also feature a quick exit feature that alleviates the user’s need to disarm and then rearm the system whenever they leave the building.

The HS2ICNENG is the Fixed-English version of the new NEO keypads. This means that the keypad will mostly only read out in numbers, although the ‘ENG’ designation also means that words in English replace the usual symbols on the screen to let you know that it is armed, disarmed, etc. These style keypads are great for secondary keypads, but you will definitely want one of the keypads with ‘LCD’ in their part number to program the panel with.
