The non-alarm conditions can be set so that up to 3 people can be called when the specified event is triggered. There are many uses for this add-on service, such as calling a select group of people in the event that a sensor may be in a trouble condition, or if you have an ADC Water valve that detects a leak. the call you receive is an automated message notifying you that said event occurred, allowing you to quickly respond to the condition however you need to.
